Hello So Over 2 Years Ago, I Tore My MCL

So over 2 years ago, I tore my MCL in my right elbow. I heard three pops, it took me 4 days to actually go visit a hospital to get diagnosed. I recieved a brace for 8 weeks. Although, I never went to physical therapy..I still feel pain in my arm if I move it in a certain way, or hold it in a close position for too long. Will my arm ever heal?
