Hello.
So since around 4 this afternoon, I've been experiencing abdominal pain (pain level is 3-4 on a scale of 10) and have been in and out of the bathroom constantly since then. I've had runny/watery/tan colored stool... I also had a dizzy spell when standing up at around 7pm. No fever, haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary. Just the stomach pain and stool problems...
