Hello, So The Past Couple Of Days I Have Been

So the past couple of days I have been really worried about having an std. The tip of my penis has felt like theres pressure or someone is gripping it. Also as of today a bit tingly. There is no pain at all when I am just sitting around or when I pee. My genital area is also a bit sore but not unbearable. I have no bumps or rashes in the genital area either. What could the symptoms that im having be.
