Hello Sr. I Am A 43 Year Old Man, That

Hello Sr. I am a 43 year old man, that every time, after a meal, has to go the bathroom, it doesn't happen after i have cereal in the morning, but it does happen after hot meals. This is something new for me, I know I did not have this before, going back a few months. And to make it worst i have hemorrhoids. Please any advise would be appreciated.
