Hello. Thank You. I've Had The Mirena Coil Fitted On

Hello. Thank you. I've had the Mirena coil fitted on the 3rd June. In the last couple of days I've started bleeding or at least I think it's bleeding. I'm not sure because the discharge/blood is darker in colour than the normal periods I used to have. Please could you advise me if this is normal?
