My son has a lump in his left arm above his elbow (in flap of arm area). He is physically fit (weight trainer). The lump is painful. He just discovered it today - thought it was a bruise. At his work he has been throwing a large hammer to break concrete. He doesn't normally do that. :) He is strong tho and can lift very much.
