The area of skin surrounding the outskirts of my nostrils has peeling, dry, scaling skin. The areas at the corners of my mouth and just below my bottom lip above my chin are the same. When I wash the skin it gets red and burns. At other times, it is itchy. Now I think it is starting to swell a little. What is going on. I've never had a skin problem like this.
