Hello There, I Have A Piece Of Fingernail Moving Around

Hello There, I have a piece of fingernail moving around in my mouth and sometimes it get stuck in my palatoglossal arch and then moved to the left side of my tongue where I can feel it sticking me before it moves again. Please advice how to go about having this removed.
