Hello, There Is A Bulging Vein On My Left Hand

Hello,

There is a bulging vein on my left hand that pops up whenever its hot, stressed or angry. u can see it clearly beating. It doesn't hurt nor painful. I have had it for years but I always wondered what could have caused it and why I have it.. please I really want to know
