Hello... This Box Came Up When I Was Looking For

Hello... This box came up when I was looking for vet information... So I apologize if it is not approximate for you! However would you have any idea why a seemingly healthy 0 year old cat would become unable to walk on his toes (feet) anymore??? Mostly the back ones... He seems to also have lost much of his muscle tone!!!
