Hello. This Is The Second Time I Get A Bump

Hello. This is the second time I get a bump on my lip. I don't know why I get them but now it's three bumps. The look like a mosquitos bite but I don't think thats the reason. I looked up cold sores and canker sores but the pictures on google don't look like mines. They are itchy and currently I have toothpaste on them. What are they and how can i get rid of them fast!?
