Hello, This Morning When I Woke Up, I Had A

Hello, This morning when I woke up, I had a tender painful lump at the back of my head, between the right ear and middle of the head. Also today I got my first spots because I got chicken pox. Would you say it is a link between the two? What this lump could it be? It feels like a grape as a size and shape..I am female, 31
