Hello. This Past Monday I Had A Double Hernia Surgery.

Hello. This past Monday I had a double hernia surgery. It forced me to sleep in a recliner for three nights. This morning my ankles are swollen. I'm healthy, walk four miles a day, and surprised. This is my ninth surgery. The swelling has never happened before. Will sleeping in a bed tonight with elevated feet help?
