Hello, Three Months Ago, I Had 3 Amalgam Fillings Replaced

Hello,
Three months ago, I had 3 amalgam fillings replaced and had 3 small cavities filled. Since then, I have had lots of pressure on the lower left side of my mouth when I chew, jolts or shocking sensation on the lower right side, my jaw is always tired (feels like I've been chewing gum for hours), and I can't find a comfortable neutral position for my jaw when not eating or talking. I can't chew anything hard or crunchy and my speech has been affected ('s' and 'th') sounds. I've been back to my dentist 5 times with minimal improvement and he tells me the next step is to move to an appliance. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Monica
