Hello. Today I Had A Check Up And My Doctor

Hello. Today I had a check up and my doctor said that I might be 3 weeks pregnant, my hcg is 243mlU and the endomertium was 12mm. He saw a follicle that hasnt ruptured, and he said that may be the cause of the hcg to be high, but you might not be pregnant. can you please tell me your opinion? Its too early, I`ll have to wait if the follicle ruptures I`ll be having mensis but if it doesnt I might be pregnant. The scan didin`t show anything yet.. I am so worried I`ve been trying to get pregnant for a year..
