Hello! Today, I Went To Take My Contacts Out (dailies

Hello! Today, I went to take my contacts out (dailies if that makes a difference) and noticed a white spot on the outer rim of my pupil. My pupil appears black, all except for this one spot, the size of a grain of sand. At first I thought it was sand, because it seemed to be on the outside of my pupil, but as I rubbed and washed, it just would not come off. It has started irritating me a lot and while my eye is not red, it is painful, like I have a grain of sand. I'm just not sure what it is and can't get to the eye doctor. Could you please help me?
