Hello. Two Days Ago I Was Active With My Partner.

Hello. Two days ago I was active with my partner. I initially wore protection but as soon as we finished I noticed that the condom had fallen off. I never felt when exactly but we cleaned up after. The next day I showered and noticed a small cut on the edge of the urethra. I was using a different brand of condoms, the cut does not throb or itch and it does not bother me when I use the restroom. I'm a bit paranoid about STDs but i've always played it safe and worn protection and my partner says she is clean. Should I get tested for STDs?
