Hello! We have an 8month old who seems to have a fungal diaper rash, we have used clotrimazole and had success a few months ago when he attained one. My wife accidentally got Lotrimin Ultra which seems to have a different active ingredient butenafine hydrochloride. She used this on him thinking it was the one we used last time, could this pose a risk to him? Should we immediately switch to the clotrimazole that we used last time or continue the treatment with butanafine?
