When I try and sleep on my left side. Wether elevated or not I am getting extreme nausea and pain , the pain is hard to describe, a constriction like feeling and gives me the feeling that a headache will start but stops and leaves me dizzy. But the nausea is a fire feeling and takes several minutes to go away when I change positions.
