Hello, When I Was Younger, Someone Threw Me Face-first Into

Hello, When I was younger, someone threw me face-first into a washing machine -- which caused the skin inside my right nostril to rupture. And when it healed, it healed as excess skin. So half of my breathing pathway inside my right nostril is blocked. In addition, it didn't allow it to grow at the same rate as the left nostril because the right nostril is impeded by this extra dead skin that would of normally been expanding with normal growth. So it grew assymetrical due to this extra dead skin that is acting as a strong bond. On top of that, I am extremely emabarassed to even talk to people because anyone shorter than me can see it -- and in the past, people have thought it was a 3rd nostril or that I needed to blow my nose because of a big booger. This actually has been a burden on my confidence and made me self-conscious. And the crazy thing is it is probably so simple to cut out, and probably only take like 10 minutes. Which would then allow me to breathe better.... but will also stretch it out to be symmetrical with my left nostril... in addition to giving me confidence back in talking to people shorter than me.
