Hello! Whenever I Have Sexual Intercourse, I Have Had Pain

Hello! Whenever I have sexual intercourse, I have had pain in the exact same place. It doesn't feel like its deep inside, but rather near the opening. The pain is only in this one spot, not anywhere else. Its a friction/stinging kind of pain. I just actually looked at it with a magnification mirror and it seems as if it is torn a little bit... I guess that is a justification for the friction type of pain I'm feeling on this flap of skin during sex... it is particularly bad when he enters and exits. I put some triple antibiotic cream on it, because the tip of this flap of skin is pretty red. Any suggestions on how it can heal up?
