Hello, While I Was Pregnant I Had Gotten A Small

Hello,

While I was pregnant I had gotten a small lump on my inner but cheek. It was so sore & tender. Even to wipe it would hurt. It had went away for a while now. It's been a month since I had my baby & it just returned the other day but 2x the size. It hurts so bad when I walk or sit down & when I wipe. I'm walking a funny way because that's how bad it hurts when u do walk. Today I noticed it started bleeding. I'm wearing a pad because when I looked in the toilet there was a bunch of blood. I haven't seen the doctor yet about it but I think I am going to since I'm scared now. Could someone please tell me what this might be?
