While taking a shower recently I noticed an abnormality involving the upper edge of my butt crack distal to the sacrum.It appears to be a bulge of skin, making a "Y" cut in the crack line. The area is becoming irritated, but there is no pain. It also feels like the inside skin of that region has disappeared. It's the best way to describe it. I don't know if this is a concern. Any assistance would be helpful.
