Whilst exercising last night, i suddenly felt a sharp throbbing pain in the palm of my hand. I had a look and noticed that there was a prominent vein and it was bulging
This morning it is now expanded but my wrist going up to arm is a bit sore/tender
Should this be something I need to be worried about or will it sort itself out
