Yes, I'm having symptoms with my eyes and skin around my eyes. They are watering a lot and the skin looks red and dry. like rosacea. I also have spots on my chest and on my inner lower arm. My The skin is red and itchy. My Dr. gave me an antibiotic a while ago now it's gone. She also told me to put Cortizone on it. Which isn't helping.
