Hello? Yesterday I Noticed That The Tip Of My Penis

Hello? Yesterday I noticed that the tip of my penis foreskin was itching. I scratched it a couple of times and noticed the tip of the foreskin/head is turned into a bright salmon color. Today while I was showering, I noticed that the head of my penis has a purple colored ring around the bottom tip area. What can this be?
