Yesterday I shaved under my arms and later felt a small bump in my arm pit. I thought nothing of it, assuming it was razor burn or a pimple. This morning the bump became a bit tender to the touch similar to an under-the-skin pimple I've had on my face and once again I thought nothing of it. Later in the day when I went to change my clothes, I lifted my arm and noticed pus coming out of the bump. I squeezed it a bit thinking it was a pimple and pus continued to come out of a few more pores (almost like I had popped multiple pimples. The pus was very smelly and slightly yellowish. I cleaned up under my arm with just water and refrained from putting deodorant on it just in case. Later when I changed again I looked at my armpit and it began pussing again. Is it just a pimple? Should I be worried?
