Yesterday my son opened our garage door and it fell off the track, hitting me on the top right side of my head. It knocked me over and left a large goose egg. I did not lose consciousness but felt disoriented and nauseous. Today I woke up with a sore neck and as the day passes on the pain has become severe. I cannot look up. The pain is on the back of my neck but more towards the left side. It radiates across my left shoulder. I have been alternating between hot and cold packs but nothing is making it better. I have not seen a doctor because I am afraid to drive in this condition. What could be going on?
