Hello. Yesterday, My Son Told, Who Is 29, Told Us

Hello. Yesterday, my son told, who is 29, told us that he was having tingling and a numbing sensation on one side of his body. He said this has been happening about once a week for about 5 weeks. We took him to the ER and they did a CT scan. It came back negative, which was a relief, but he is still having some residual tingling and fatigue today. The ER doctor said to see a neurologist in his home town, which is about an hour and a half away from the ER we took him to. He went home last night, called to try to see a neurologist today, but they aren't taking new patients until August 1. Do you think it is advisable to wait that long?
