Hello, A Couple Of Days Ago I Started Having Terrible

Hello, a couple of days ago I started having terrible pain in my buttocks area. At first I assumed hemorhoids, (sp?) but the pain seems to be located inside my cheeks, to the right and left of my tailbone and close to the tail bone also. When I walk, it feels like there is a stick stuck up me and it is also VERY painful whenever I initially sit down and stand up!. I am having trouble bending over without great pain and I can't lay down and roll back up when I am stretching. Can you help?
