Hello, A Few Days Ago I Started To Get This

Hello, a few days ago I started to get this sensation like I had fiberglass stuck in my skin on my right shoulder blade. This morning I started to get that same sensation along with a feeling of tingling all over my back, groin, and front of my thighs as well as my face mostly around my eyes. I'm worried. Do you have any idea what could be going on with me?
