Hello A Glass Fell Out Of The Top Cabinet And

Hello a glass fell out of the top cabinet and hit me on the left top of my head . It was on the hair line above my left eye 3 weeks ago and didn't break the skin just red for a little bit and sore , but now its painful and sore when i brush my hair or just touch that side all on top . Just wondering if its hit a nerve or just going to be sore for awhile or could it be something like a blood clot ? worried. Thanks Teresa
