Hello A Number Of Years Ago I Had A Fall

Hello a number of years ago I had a fall go directly back on my back & neck.. Anyhow it was finally determined I had damaged my speech nerve & was told I would eventually a have Grand Mal seizure which I did about 10 years later after a car accident. Prior to the accident I went into a dazed mode.. I was in the process of taking my hospital home from the hospital. Any how 4 years ago I had really bad fall at the hospital while my husband was interned. I felt dizzy going down the hall & stopped for a few seconds went nto the waiting area & was reading & proceeded to get sleepy 3:00 in the morning. I pulled a table in front of me & dozed off. Anyhow upone waking I proceeded to get up & fell hard. I was real dizzy and couldn't get up. I don't know if I fell and something happened to me because I fell or fell because something happened to me..
Any how now I can't think of the word I want to use and I am aware I can't remember it. I am presently on Lamactil. The word does come & the first time I was driving down a street and forgot where I was going. I knew I couldn't remember & I was aware I couldn't remember which is always the same when I can't remember the word. the knowledge dome to me quickly most of the time.
