Hello About 3 Months Ago I Found A Tic Tac

about 3 months ago i found a tic tac sized lump under my foreskin, a few weeks later a vein swelled up leading from this lump. it is causing me no pain at all however very noticeable when erected or nonerected. In the past week another tic tac sized hard lump has appeared at the other end of the vein. could you please give me an insight as to what this may be?
