Hello, about 4 weeks ago I got off of the stair stepper machine at the gym after 20 min of constant pressure on my wrist and was experiencing soreness. The next day my wrist was extremely sore and weak, but not swollen. I continued to lift weight (with wrist support straps) and decresed my weight lifted. I ice my wrist twice a day and keep it in a stabilizer all day yet the pain persists. My wrist has now been in this condition for the last 4 weeks and I want to know what i can do to heal
