Hello, About A Week Ago I Thought That I Had

Hello, about a week ago I thought that I had pulled a muscle in my back. Some numbness in my left arm has been regular.. Thinking that I had pinched a never I just carried on. Tuesday my mother passed, and I am now home again, but have some chest pain on the left side and my numbness is my left arm is still happening. Lying down this afternoon it was a little bit heavier of a pain, and being home with the girlfriend we were in bed together. Of course being gone all week, together time was great, no pain, well little pain but still felt great, now trying to get some sleep have chest pain again and some numbness is arm is getting worse... Any idea's ????
