Hello After Close Review Of My Chart I Have Noticed

Hello after close review of my chart I have noticed since being treated for fibro and lupus I have consistently had rbc ,wbc an protien in my urine. They have taken ct scans and have had no concerns but now they want me to schedule an appointment with urology this has been going on for 8 yrs now should I be concerned
