Hello, After Noticing A Hard Lump Under My Chin That

Hello, after noticing a hard lump under my chin that has grown slightly over the last year, I consulted my pcp who ordered a CBC, CMP, and TSH. Everything came back normal except my eosinophils were at 7.6%. Given the lump under my chin, I'm slightly concerned. Do you have any advice or suggestions that will keep me sane until my doctor’s office opens Monday morning?
