Hello. , All The Sound I'm Hearing Is Muffled ,

Hello. , all the sound I'm hearing is muffled , on Friday I could hear proper , it feels like fluid is coming out , and I have tubes in and a lot of ear wax building up since I had them put in , my hearing comes and goes , is it possible to have a fluid problem ?
