Hello, Almost A Week Ago I Began Having A Burning

Hello, almost a week ago I began having a burning sensation on my neck only on one side. I have notice the bumps also are near the outside corner of one of my eyes. I was working outside on a house removing siding, when the burning became very uncomfortable and started to itch. Hive like bumps appeared after from below my ear down to my collar bone. And since about a dozen more bumps have appeared on my other side of my neck. I have used Benadryl daily to keep the itch in check. There is no more burning sensation just on the first day. There is just an intense itch now and the bumps have not subsided.
Any Ideas?
