Hello, am 26 years, 154 pounds, currently experiencing gastritis. I had just an hour ago a dark brown, pasty, almost dusty discharge from my vagina. It had a smell I'm not familiar with, maybe alkaline, rusty, but nothing I have smelled before. I did not eat at all yesterday, and have been taking Pepto Bismol, Zofran, and Pepcid along with tea and loose hot cereal today. What do you think it is?
