Hello, and thank you for your time, I am a 64 year old Black female. In pretty good health. For the pass 2 weeks I have been experiencing bloat at night with slight nausea and just a twinge of discomfort in my lower pelvic region. This is around where my ovaries are. I am also post meno, not exercising like I should and have added yogart to my diet. Any worries?
