Hello, Approximately 3 Months Ago I Had My Gall Bladder

Hello, approximately 3 months ago I had my gall bladder removed. Prior to that I had what looked like acne on my arms and legs that itched terribly. My doctor said it was related to the liver enzymes being blocked by the gall stones. And until recently I have had no issues. About two weeks ago I have similar acne break out on my upper arms, some what on my neck and back. It's not like normal acne that "pops" if it's squeezed it typically bleeds slightly.
Now yesterday and more so today, my mouth has been overly sensitive to even the mildest spices like pepper in Ranch dressing or normal spaghetti sauce. Even the garlic in the bread was abnormally noticeable. I don't know if those are separate or related.
I work 270 miles from home. Should I be concerned or is this something that can wait until,I can see my family physician in 10 days when I get home?
