Hello, At 9 Weeks Two Transvaginal Sonograms Have Shown An

Hello, at 9 weeks two transvaginal sonograms have shown an empty gestational sac. The second sono showed the sac becoming mis-shaped with some blood traces within it. My levels were at 55000. I've been advised to wait and miscarry naturally. Is there any chance there is another sac in there that hasn't been detected? I have heard sometimes there is another sac, and it may not be found until 11 weeks latest.
