Hello, below symptons started about a month ago. I used to get weak and shaky when severely hungry for a long time. But since last one month I get severe weakness in arms and shoulders when I am hungry (though my sugar level is above 100) ..A few days ago had a bad muscle cramp and weakness in left arm when having this episode. Since a month with this weakness attacks, my left arm gets tremors and clumsy. I also get slight tremors and clumsy in right hand but not as much as left hand. Also had numbness couple of time in left arm and left leg. I also feel slight difficulty swallowing and have intermittent blurred vision. Sometimes I also feel weak in legs. Also feel slight internal tremors in lower jaw. After eating, things tend to get normal. But blurred vision, blurry vision continues on and off. I also think I am salivating more. My testosterone level came to be 150 in a recent test by GP. I had a inguinal hernia repair in first week of Nov.
