Hello Corn At Least Two Years Now I Have Had

Hello corn at least two years now I have had vertigo- memory loss - extremely hard time concentrating and even comprehending information both auditory and written. Had kidney failure with creatinine legs of 3.9 with never an answer except to call it acute interstitial neiphritious with no know cause and possibly Lyme disease - my infecious disease doctior insist it's not Lyme - I have not been the same sine this episode happened - i wake up every 20 minutes and never sleep - took a sleep study they said I woke up 28 times but no sleep apnia - so many odd symptoms that seem to go from one place in the body to the next - my nervous system is a mess - my eye lids twitch - my muscles twitch and my brain is a complete fog all the time - i have Raynaud's diseas and horrible circulation and very cold and some time chivver for no reason oh and my 3 blood counts are all low but not getting lower- tested negative for Leukemia (bone marrow test) and negative for stuff like aids and all that - had an MRI and below are the the results - my doctor insights it not neurological Lyme or Lyme at all - I asked if Lupas he said not likely - please help as my soul is dying and I am getting dumber every day - here are the results - MRI -The ventricles, sulci, and basal cisterns are intact. there are minimal punctate foci of hyperintensity involving the right corona radiata as well as right frontal and parietal subcortical white matter. No areas of restricted diffusion to suggest acute Infarct are demonstrated . No space occupying mass lesions. please please help !!
