Hello dctr...I am a mother of 6 month old baby nd during breastfeeding I feel pain nd now there is wound,cracks nd white pieces of flash on the top of the nipple for this I use nip care ointment for last 3 days but I want to know that is this pain wound nd ol cause infection to my baby.
