Hello Dear Dr Some One Put Me Some Harbal Traditional

Hello dear dr some one put me some harbal traditional medicine in to my nose after that my breathing stop while i am sleeping and i wake up for pee three times so i suspected that it is central sleep apena because of brain injury in my country we dont have sleeping study my question is if that happened because that harbal medince is it possible to injure one part of brain stem that is the breathing muscle which control while i am sleeping?
