Hello Dear Sir - Yesterday I Was Playing With One

Hello dear sir - yesterday i was playing with one roadside dog. During playing his teeth scratch my hand skin but no blood come out then, I went to home and clean it with soap and hot water . then use dettol anti biotic lotion to clean 2 times. do i need to take any vaccine if the dog is ok , because I heard if dog will be mad then we need other wise not .
