Hello Doc, I Am 28, I Have Had A History

Hello doc, I am 28, I have had a history or irregular cycles averaging to around 45 days . My lmp was 19th November . I did my pregnancy test on 8th jan and found a faint positive line . Did my blood hcg quant and the level was 114.9 . I will be doing the repeat 48 hour blood hcg test today . But I am not sure where I am at in my pregnancy . Is this hcg level good for a normal pregnancy .
Also I have had a case of blighted ovum 2 years back .
